Shipping policy

Shipping varies for certain products.  Processing and shipping standard is up to 15 business days from ordering. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We strive to have all items out within 7-10 business days, but sometimes life happens. I am only one person with a very busy family life. Your support and understanding means so much to me! All cups can be personalized, and the color of vinyl can be changed. Please note preferences in the note section in the cart if making any changes.
